non sto a raccontare tutta la mia storia.... magari domani quando ho meno sonno :rolleyes:
 
La domanda è la seguente:
mettiamo che ci siano stati diversi effluvi negli ultimi anni, non enormi ma vista la quantità di capelli che ho in testa diciamo che sono stati abbastanza!!!
mettiamo che si arrestino questi effluvi con l'utilizzo di locoidon e con la rimozione delle cause (che visti gli esami perfetti e lo stato emotivo a terra suppongo fossero cause psicologiche ufffffffffff...) l'effluvio poi cessi o per lo meno che cadano una quantità di capelli accettabile.
Mi chiedo perchè ho capelli miniaturizzati? che arrivano a una lunghezza di più di 10 cm ma sono comunque sottili, e anche dal tricogramma si sono rilevati molti displastici sigh.... Il dermatologo disse che si trattava di effluvio, che può dare in certi casi anche miniaturizzazione. Allore se è SOLO effluvio in teoria i minaturizzati dovrebbero riprendersi... sempre che poi non si scatenino altri effluvi....
Ma visto che negli utlimi anni la mia chioma, a parere mio, è cambiata (ho 32 anni) penso si tratti di qualcosa di diverso. Non ho un diradamento concentrato in una sola zona, è uniforme. Logicamente lo noto più davanti, visto che una volta mi facevo una mega frangetta... ora sono più miseri e la frangia non la faccio più...
Tutto ciò premesso sarebbe utile l'utilizzo di Ell Cranell alpha? Ho letto tutti i vari articoli scritti dal Dott. Marliano sull'alopecia carenziale nelle donne e sul fatto che in assenza di patologie si possa trattare di un problema circoscritto ai bulbi, quindi con l'assunzione di un topico a base di estrogeni si dovrebbe "risolvere" il problema...
cosa ne pensa?

of the usual hole punch and does not cause any pitting, indentation or
scaring. You cannot tell the difference between the grafted hair and the
pre-existing hair. We also specialize in chest hair to head
transplants. Dr Woods and Dr Campbell are the only doctors in the world

suitable to those with depleted donor hair at the back of the head due

The average cost for a 600 graft (approx. 1,200 hair) procedure starts

sono una donna di 32 anni e scrivo xche sono abbastanza in confusione..
da febbraio 2010 ho perso moltissimi capelli...premetto che nel 2008 e nel 2009 ho avuto problemini di salute e ho subito due piccoli interventi...
 
ho sempre avuto capelli non abbondanti e molto sottili...ho anche sempre avuto "capellini" tutto intorno alla fronte..ora però nella zona tempie la zona capellini è aumentata moltissimo a discapito dei capelli "normali" che sono indietreggiati...
 
sono andata da un primo dermatologo che mi ha diagnosticato alopecia androgenetica e prescritto aloxidil , cistidil e diathinil...che uso da 3 mesi.... come effetto ho notato fondamentalmente che la caduta molto intensa dei capelli si è arrestata...solo che misono anche aumentati peli su braccia e peluria su fronte...
 
sono andata da unaltro dermatologo x secondo consulto..e mi ha detto che non ho alopecia ma semmai solo una tendenza ad alopecia ..e mi ha detto che è un effluvio..mi ha prescritto crinodermal fem neu , pantogar e shampo same proteico...
 
sono in confusione...indecisa se mollare tutto visto che non capisco se ho alopecia o è semplice effluvio...e mi sembra che questa nuova cura sia piuttosto pesante...
 
sarei grata se qualcuno potesse darmi qualche indicazione...si può avere solo tendenza all'aga?

We have received numerous requests for more info about Loniten
(pronounced Lon-ah-tin) since we published the article on "Potent Drug
Cocktail" for hair loss.
 
We have done more research on Loniten and this is from Pharmacia &
Upjohn - "80% of the patients reported hair growth".
 
Loniten or oral minoxidil is actually intended for patients with high
blood pressure. However, Loniten as an anti-hypertension drug has not
been as successful as one may hope for Upjohn. Incidentally, a very
commonly reported side effects of Loniten, namely hair growth, caught
the attention of Upjohn. Rogaine or topical minoxidil is a spinoff
from Loniten and turned out to be a multi-million dollar success for
Upjohn as a hair loss treatment.
 
Just as Rogaine is running out of steam as the best selling hair loss
treatment is the world, people are turning their attention to low
dosage oral minoxidil as a hair growth stimulant.
 
According to Upjohn, "8 out of 10 patients reported hair growth" -
This is a very significant statistics considering that this statement
is from one of the world's largest and most highly respected
pharmaceutical companies in the world. We have every reason to believe
that the 80% claim is derived from numerous double-blinded independent
testings on a very large group of test subjects, unlike some small
clinics that produce similar claims based on privately conducted
testings on a small group.
 
Good news for women too. Pharmacia & Upjohn indicated that hair growth
has been reported by women subjects as well.
 
Upjohn listed "undesirable hair growth" as one of the side effects
associated with Loniten. Specifically, 8 out of every 10 patients
reported that body hair grew longer and darker while on Loniten. The
hair growth usually starts within 3 - 6 weeks after beginning
treatment. It is commonly reported that the hair growth tends to start
on the forehead, temples, cheeks, and between the eyebrows.
Subsequently, hair growth may be noticed on arms, legs and scalp. Some
of HairSite readers also reported denser eyebrows and hair on the back
while on treatment. Upjohn further added that the hair growth is not
permanent. It will stop within 1 - 6 months after discontinuing the
treatment.
 
We have also confirmed the theory that Loniten has to be taken with a
diuretic such as Spironolactone. Publications from Upjohn explicitly
stated that a diuretic "must be" taken in conjunction with Loniten in
most cases. The rationale is that while Loniten lowers blood pressure,
your body's defense mechanism will automatically return your blood
pressure to the original elevated level. Your body accomplishes that
by retaining water and salt so that there will be more fluid to pump
throughout the body. So in order for Loniten to be safe to consume, it
is necessary to use a diuretic medication to remove excess water and
salt from your body. Spironolactone is a natural choice for most hair
loss sufferers since not only is Spironolactone a diuretic, it is also
a potent anti-androgen.
 
Loniten comes with many undesirable side effects and it is important
that you consult your doctor before using this medication.
 
Among some of the side effects are:
 
1) Salt and water retention - It is important to monitor your body
weight closely while on Loniten. If Loniten is used without a
diuretic, rapid weight gain by means of water and salt retention can
happen within a few days, leading to increased plasma and interstitial
fluid volume and local or generalized edema. Diuretic treatment alone
or in conjunction with restricted salt intake will usually reduce the
likelihood of water retention. You should consult your doctor
immediately if you quickly gain weight of five or more pounds or if
there is any swelling or puffiness in teh face, hands, ankles or
stomach area. These are signs that you are retaining water.
 
2) Rapid heart rate - Loniten increases heart rate and it is not
uncommon that your doctor would suggest taking another medication to
reduce heart rate. To test if you have increased heart rate, you
should count your pulse rate while you are resting. If you notice an
increase of 20 beats or more over your normal pulse rate, contact your
doctor immediately.
 
3) Interaction with Guanethidine - Administering Loniten to patients
already taking Guanethidine can result in serious orthostatic effects.
If possible, discontinue guanethidine well before using Loniten.
 
4) Other side effects include increased difficulty in breathing, new
or aggravating pain the the chest, shoulder or arm, severe
indigestion, dizziness, lightheadedness or fainting, breast
tenderness, nausea and vomiting.
 
Loniten comes in 2.5 mg , 5mg and 10 mg dosage.

xxxxx ,sono interessato ad aggiungere queste due componenti al mio arsenale, sulla crisina ho letto il post di careca,della L-lysine ho letto lo studio su hairlosshelp ma soprattutto ho sentito che Spencer Kobren la provata e si sente di consigliarla percheè pensa che funzioni davvero!
Il problema è dove rintracciarle, nel sito thebaldtruth.com vendono l-lysine e c'è scritto le modalità di assunzione,il problema è che voglio comprarle in Italia perchè essendo considerati integratori me li bloccano in frontiera!

come sempre presto molta attenzione ai vostri post, ed ultimo in ordine di tempo quelli relativi al big one.
Premetto che secondo me gli integratori non hanno effetti curativi nei confronti dell' alopecia androgenetica ed anche quelli comprati in farmacia.
Migliorano senz'altro lo stato generale di salute ed anche quello dei capelli, così come una completa alimentazione.
Sono completamente a favore nei casi di una alimentazione non corretta , in caso di diete(visto che il loro apporto calorico è trascurabile)ed in casi particolari come in situazioni di "stress" o di intensa attività sportiva.
Comunque, avendo letto i vostri positivi commenti sul big one, mi sono recato in farmacia a comprarlo.
Penso innanzitutto che abbia un prezzo elevato in termini di quantità del prodotto ed in termini di qualità.
Pratico da sempre sport, e ho sempre integrato la mia alimentazione dapprima autonomamente ed in seguito con il supporto di un medico dello sport.
Ho portato il prodotto in uno di quei negozi specializzati per gli integratori chiedendone sia uno equivalente(convinto di trovarne uno a prezzi inferiori) sia un giudizio.
Dopo aver analizzato elementi e loro percentuali, le mie ipotesi sono state confermate.
Non si tratta di un prodotto scarso, ma è certamente possibile trovare prodotti più completi, come ad esempio AMINO 2000 della PROLAB. Contiene 150 tavolette; l'equivalente di una bustina è di tre tavolette e costa 50000 lire.
Facendo i conti è certamente più conveniente in termini di prezzo ma soprattutto in termini di qualità considerando il maggior numero di aminoacidi contenuti ed ancor più la loro percentuale.Ciao

Premetto che sono affetto da alopecia androgenetica e faccio uso combinato di finasteride e serenoa repens.
Dato che avrei intenzione di prendere un corso di nuoto in piscina e probabilmente ci andrei circa 3 volte a settimana ho paura che i miei capelli si indeboliscano ulteriormente a causa del cloro e dei frequenti lavaggi. Ho sentito tuttavia che esistono particolari olii e prodotti che applicati sul capello lo proteggono dall'azione del cloro (e anche dai raggi UVA). C'è qualche esperto che potrebbe consigliarmene qualcuno efficace?
Inoltre vorrei sapere se il Mavigen Shampoo che attualmente uso potrà andare bene per tutti i frequenti lavaggi dopo ogni nuotata.

Soffro di Dermatite seborroica, sto provando una nuova cura datami dal dermatologo con shampoo Ducray Kelual alternato con ducray Argeal con la quale ho avuto dei giovamenti. Io soffrivo di intenso prurito con forfora eccessiva causata dall'eccesso di sebo!
Ora il mio problema è migliorato ma ne è sorto un'altro. Appena faccio lo shampoo non passa nemmeno un giorno che mi ritrovo i capelli molto unti costringendomi a fare uno shampoo un giorno si e uno no!
 
Vorrei sapere se Argeal è un prodotto adatto da alternare al Kelual oppure mi conviene di usarne un'altro più delicato e sopratutto ora contro i capelli grassi?
 
Cosa mi consigliate voi? Uno shampoo extradelicato o uno specifico?

SODIUM SHALE OIL SULFONATE.e' il sale sodico del prodotto di solfanazione di scisti bituminosi caratterizzato da un significativo contenuto di legami di solfuro (10-15%) sostanza ben tollerata ,utile nel normalizzare la secrezione sebacea all'interno del follicolo pilifero,badaaaaaahhhh
 
CALCIUM PANTOTHENATE
 
e' un sale di calcio dell'acido pantotenico,stimola la mitosi cellulare penetrando nel bulbo facilmente ne stimola lo sviluppo cellulare con un conseguente irrobustimento del capello prevenendo cosi la caduta.
 
xxxxx secondo me il primo e cioe' il pygeum africanum e' a dir poco interessanti e non da meno gli altri ,voi che ne dite non sono elementi interessanti

e poi diciamoci la verità , il fisico da stripman è troppo truzzo...meglio un fisico muscoloso, tirato, definito ma longilineo...

con un addoeme magari + definito e con spalle + rotonde e braccia + definite (il famoso stacco tra braccia e spalla)

catsnao...uno nn prende le proteine per aumentarne la quantità ingerita, ma perchè nn ha l'opportunità magari di mangiare na bistecca prima dell'allenamento...è per una questione di comodità...
