Ronald; Brasleiro transplate please; My opinion is that Alvi will not be performing surgeries in Europe. If you look at his website he is opening offices with England, Italy, Germany, Turkey, Mexico, Spain and France. Most of these offices are in places where other hair transplant doctors work already. Whether he is training them or they are using his name I don't know. Alvi goal in my opinion is too maximize his profits and make money whereever possible. How can one doctor perform transplants in 9 countries and still assure a patient top quality results? I think if somebody wants to go to Alvi you would be better off going to Canada where at least you know what to expect. I bet you even with the flight it will be cheaper than any surgery he plans to offer in Europe. Lorenzo

Il fatto I che ho offerto di aiutare tutti gli italiani che vengono a Vancouver non significa che lavoro per H&W. Devo ottenere pagatto aiutare un fratello? Brasileiro potete tradurre per me? I really take it personally when I offer to assist a fellow italian and then get accused of working for H&W. I don't work for any doctor and my offer was genuine without any compensation from anyone. Why did I offer to help? I understand what it is like to come to a different country without speaking the language. I am 100% italian and proud and consider any italians like my brothers. When I met Ochhi Verdi I went out of my way to help a fellow hairloss sufferer. I had a very busy day at work but still drove 30 minutes to meet him and assist him with translating. Ochhi verdi has my business card he knows what I do for a living. In a society where nobody does anything for free I was willing to help where ever I could. But since I am being accused of helping because I am getting paid my offer is withdrawn. I don't need to be attacked because I offer to help without getting paid. I have better things to do than take my time and energy to help someone but I do it because it feels good to be able to help someone. Lorenzo

Brasileiro; I did not mean to generalize about all doctors in Europe, maybe I am a bit behind but I have never heard too many good words about Europeon doctors. When I am talking about North American doctors I am talking about doctors like Shapiro, Cole, Seagar and others not only H&W. I do not have a professial relationship with H&W and or any other doctor, if I did I would make it perfectly clear at the beginning. When I met Ochiyverdi I became interested in this board, not only to help but also to learn. Maybe I came out too strong H&W but although I feel that they are the world best I also an advicate for patients regardless of who the doctors are as long as the doctors are doing good work. I need to be more educated about the italian doctors in the future before I comment. My apologies.... Lorenzo

Brasileiro; Exellent english!!! You make alot of good points. 1. I have seen work from DHI, Dr. Devroye, and a doctor from Barcelona ( I don't remember). The work is below average for the quality that I am used to seeing. If there are good alternatives in Italy why are so many europeons coming to North America?? English, Italians, German and Spanish are coming to North America. I mean no disrespect to any doctors in Europe but the people that I have met and talked to in Vancouver and all told me that they are very behind when it comes to hair transplant.

How many hair transplants have you seen in Europe and made by what surgeons? I have met alot of repair patients from Europe, I don't know which doctors did there work but it was bad. Have you seen patients who had HT surgery in Europe, or your statements derive from photos? My statements are seeing the patients. Have you seen any Tesauro's and Morselli's Hair Transplants? No I have not seen Tesauro's and Morselli hair transplants in fact I have never heard of them. If they were good why are patients going to North America for hair transplants?
