Girando sui siti USA una cosa balza subito all'attenzione..ed è una bella cosa..cioè..sembra che duta già dopo un mese di cura faccia ricrescere i capelli sia dietro che davanti..!

Però..è strano..molto strano!

Ora..tutti noi sappiamo quanto sia lungo il processo di crescita..anzi..di ricrescita dei capelli è lungo..e comunque maggiore di un mese..soprattutto x le zone diradate..dove occorre molto x via che un follicolo dapprima produca vellus che pian piano diventino capelli..!

Ed invece qui si parla di 1 mese di Avodart ...mentre con 8 anni di finasteride..niente di niente!

O questi che scrivono sono della Glaxo..o sono dei buffoni..o dei miracolati..o dei bugiardi..non lo so..però se fosse vero..sembra che duta tolga il freno alla ricrescita dei capelli..un po come lo starter alla partenza dei 100m!

Ora..tutto ciò va preso con calma..va valutato..bisogna aspettare..però..anche x ciò che riguarda gli effetti collaterali..essi sembrano simili alla fina..si presentano in pochi casi e semmai spariscono in pochi giorni..!

Leggete pure voi..informatevi..e chissaà..forse è una bomba veramente..o forse è l'ennesima bufala..!

I agree with you totally, I was not going to post on my progress until next week but I thought I would share some progress with you. I started Avodart 36 days ago and this weekend was a shocker. About 3 months ago I was using FNS, Xandrox and Propecia and had some fine vellus hair growing all over my scalp. For the last couple of weeks I have not been using anything but Avodart and my hair has been very unmanageable and bulky and the reason is because the vellus hair is now over half an inch long and growing like crazy. My hair is mostly 2 inches long on top and now mixed with thousands of half-inch hair. The new growth is all over top, front and back but the temples seems to be a little slower, but still the growth is moving toward the front. At the rate my hair is growing I should be able in one more month to get it all cut to one inch. I was taking Propecia for 8 years but never got this much growth. This month will tell all, and I will post at the end of January. Maybe this 2.5 NW will be a 1 NW next year.

I know it's hard to believe the early reports of success on DUT. If I was not experiencing some success I would be skeptical also. I consider myself to be a realistic and objective observer of my hairloss and hair growth. I have taken proscar since fall 1993 and been on minox 2% and then 5% when it was available.I was a Norwood 3 and now am a Norwood 2 .Everyday for the last 10 years I have looked at my hairloss/hairline for deterioration and/or progress. I believe DUT is different. I don't know how or why but it does seem to have started working right away with me. My hairline vellus hair is getting longer and darker. Also the texture of my hair is different. It's not a dry and seems to be fuller. Something is definitely different.

The effects of DHT on our hair receptors occured over a long length of time. We produced/converted more DHT over time and the follicle shrank as a result.Could the sudden loss of skin DHT ( as with DUT usage)reverse the process very rapidly compared to the time it took to with the follicle? An example could be stepping on a hose running with water slowly. As the pressure of your foot increases the water output decreases. When you suddenly take your foot off the water pours out

like your foot was never there. I am not making definitive statements. I am just speculating on what might be happening.

Topical penetration and propecia/proscar were the best thing going until now. Topicals had a low absorbtion rate and success varies based on application variables and absorbtion. No one really knows how well this works ( except GLAXO).

I assure that my report on success is legit. I am not prone to exaggeration. I take this issue very seriously. We each need to assess our hairloss realistically and objectively. Like a scientist performing an experiment.
