salve a tutti, volevo porre un quesito. volevo chiedere se c'è differenza tra il bloccare l'enzima 5 alfa reduttasi per la produzione di DHT e il bloccare invece i recettori del DHT presenti nel cuoio capelluto. Siccome il DHT secondo alcuni medici è necessario per le funzioni sessuali volevo sapere se è possibile bloccarlo a solo livello del cuoio capelluto, se in altre parole si possa evitare di usare farmaci come al finasteride che ne inibiscono la produzione per invece utilizzare faramci, se esistono, che ne bloccano solo il legame a livello di folicolo pilifero.

xxxxx dico la mia una volta sola. Su internet si trova di tutto, sia che la fina non crea problemi sia che ne crea di non particolarmente gravi sia che col tempo ne procura di gravissimi. I dottori sono sia pro che contro, dipende da se sono dermatologi oppure andrologi oppure non so. Qualcuno, sempre su internet, lamenta side effects che sono scomparsi dopo qualche mese come me, altri lamentano side effects che non sono scomparsi neanche dopo molti mesi forse anni, questo è quello che si legge sul web. Quello che io ho capito di tutta questa faccenda è che non esiste certezza su questa finasteride. I dottori che io ho incontrato, e che mi hanno detto che assolutamente la fina è sicura, mi hanno accusato di suggestione psicologica, io accuso loro di superfialità se bollano tutto così in 4 e 4 8. Penso che alcuni utenti su questo forum siano assolutamente incompetenti e nonostante tutto sparino opinioni profinasteride assolutamente opinabili, ossia possono aver ragione oppure no ma certamente farebbero meglio a restare nel dubbio anzichè su posizioni ferme; per il semplice fatto che :non c'è nulla da fare, i xxxxx che lamentano side effects anche importanti sono una miriade, e secondo me quelli che non li lamentano non hanno la sensibilità o la conoscenza adeguata del proprio corpo per lamentarli. Per quanto riguarda la mia idea sulla finasteride io penso che faccia male perchè io considero i side effects come la punta dell'iceberg, un iceberg che col tempo magari può diventare più grosso, cmq non essendo Dio, non so quanto faccia male, magari poco e allora va bene magari tanto e allora non va bene. Ho detto Dio e non medico perchè su questo argomento penso che nessun dottore ne sappia più di quelo che la casa farmaceutica voglia far sapere. La stessa casa famaceutica che ha dovuto ritirare un farmaco perchè sembra, provochi l'infarto. Confermo che l'uso di finasteride provoca dolore ai testicoli, a me il problema si evidenziò al testicolo sinistro. Cominciò subdolo per poi divenire sempre più frequente e fastidioso; dopo aver smesso fina anche i dolori sparirono.
