Direi che questo apre una prospettiva nuova nell'era dei trapianti.

 

Come si fa a non essere riconoscenti con questi dottori ?

WHOA!!! Sono senza parole: il lavoro di doc Cole con i body hair è stupefacente, assolutamente breathtaking!!! Un autentico concentrato di meraviglie avanguardiste.

E pensare che qui c'è ancora gente che, senza ritegno, osa spellarsi le mani per questo campionario allucinante di nullità assolute che ci ritroviamo. Ogni Paese ha i chirurghi che si merita, evidentemente noi ci meritiamo questa squallida nazionale rappezzata da terzo mondo. Meditate gente, meditate!!!

Io credo che i BHT possano rappresentare un'importante plus dato dall'utilizzo della FUE e che sarà un'indispensabile risorsa per tutti i chirurghi top nei prossimi anni.

Detto questo, John è a mio avviso un medico con un'etica superlativa, poichè vi consiglierà ad oggi di attendere prima di eseguire un BHT e di procedere con gli scalp hair, perchè afferma che non ha dati sufficienti a garantirvi i risultati.

 

Anche nel mio caso l'ho dovuto convincere ad eseguire un piccolo test che devo dire mi ha lasciato assolutamente stupito per la totale assenza di esiti cicatriziali in zona donatrice, che in una quindicina di giorni sono diventati assolutamente indecifrabili ad occhio nudo.

Credo che utilizzi un bisturi da 0.5 in molti casi.

Sono a mio avviso interessanti le considerazioni fatte sulla fase anagen e sulla mancanza di dati ad oggi sulle caratteristiche indotte dal trapianto.

There are many vaired opinions regarding other sources. Dr. Woods does not like to take leg hair because he feels there is a higher risk of infection. He also does not like to take underarm hair. i am happy to move both, but i have concerns about yeild, potential length, and the curl or wave.

 

we also do not know how long the telogen phase is for underarm hair or leg hair. it may take well over one year for a leg hair to resume growth. i know in one instance of a back hair i transplanted that has taken 11 months to start growing. some body hairs may take up to 18 months. who knows.

 

there are an estimated 5 million hairs on the body. there is no reason to suspect they will not grow on the scalp if transplanted there. is the yeild 100 %. no one knows. how long will they grow in length and for how many months will they grow before resting. once in the resting phase, how long before they fall out - exodus phase. how long is the exodus phase?

 

for every region of the body, the length of these phases varies. for scalp hair the anagen phase is the longest. for other regions on the body, the anagen phase is the shortest.

 

it is hoped that moving a body hair to the scalp will prolong the anagen phase.
