Situazione Degenerata

Salve ragazzi, sono Umberto ed ho 24 anni, dall'età di 15-16 anni mi preoccupo della salute dei miei capelli...sporadicamente ho preso pillole bioscalin, fiale crescina, shampi di qualità etc. però con lentezza negli ultimi 8 anni la situazione è peggiorata...non tantissimo, ma nell'ultimo anno la cosa mi deprime a tratti. In pratica essendo dimagrito 20kg le stempiature anteriori si notano (anche se ho sempre una peluria che cresce), mentre la parte posteriore è ancora "decente". Al momento non sto assumento alcun prodotto, però avendo perso tanti kg credo sia dipesa anche da questo la caduta nell'ultimo periodo. Domani se riesco posto qualche foto...intanto accetto consigli sia per quanto riguarda l'alimentazione che per i prodotti da utilizzare. Vi ringrazio :)

 

p.s. le foto postate adesso sono indicative. La prima è di 4 anni fa la seconda di qualche mese fa :)...provvederò cmq.domani a postare delle foto dettagliate.

Come potrete notare dalle foto ho un capello molto grasso. Ultimamente ho anche un pò di forfora, prurito e crosticine sul cuoio capelluto, sapete consigliarmi qualche shampoo in particolare? Grazie.

Ho una sola difficoltà, studiando a Londra al momento non posso tornare in Italia per una visita specialistica ed i prezzi inglesi sono allucinanti..300pound per una consultazione (adesso proprio non me lo posso permettere), per questo mi chiedevo per far si che non degeneri la situazione se fosse indicato assumere qualche prodotto. Va be allora vai dal medico generico o della mutua(mi sembra che cn la nuova tessera sanitaria nn hai problemi) e ti fai prescrivere propecia dicendo che l'hai finito e che lo assumi già.......tanto la cura è quella......poi quando torni in italia fai la visita specialistica......
