la farrell sta vendendo protesi anche a 199 euro, sarei curioso di vedere la differenza con quelle che vende a 4800 euro, questa per me e la prova che spendendo milioni si e solo presi x il **** , e che la concorrenza sta facendo crollare i prezzi.

There's just something about this new $199 system at Farrell that really pisses me off. It kind of just tells me "Yes, I know we are overpriced so we will sell you a decent system for $199 instead of $2400. If you want, we'll even put a Farrell ultra -custom front on it for you for $375 more."

Having been a former client and considering the buzz about Coolpiece, something about this just really stinks.

 

He should make and give away client hair replacement 101 videos to emphasize how much they value their customers and how they hold your hand even when they aren't there. Especially to the tour clients with no salon nearby. That is the only real selling point to getting a Farrell at this point. He should concentrate on giving service with his product, not trying to pawn off a cheaper system than everyone else. He still doesn't understand that people WILL pay his prices if his customer service and are in a level of their own. All of these other companies suck at it and treat people like #####. Show how different you are and focus on that. Do promotions based on that!

 

He still doesn't get it. At his prices he should be able to provide outstanding SERVICE to distinguish himself from others. People will be much less likely to leave, even with Coolpiece around.

Something I've never understood about Farrell is his tours. Why does he parade around the country in cities like Miami, Orlando, etc., when he hasn't got a salon within 500-700 miles of those cities and has absolutely no plans on ever opening one there?

I would have to imagine that there would be a very small portion of people in those far-off cities that would consider buying his product for that reason. Clearly, that's the reason I never considered it. I realize some things can be done thru the mail, but I understood that the intial consultations & cut-in would have to be done at one of his locations.

That was my big mistake. thinking they could service a system by mail. Unfortunately, they have been slacking big time on systems serviced in their salons also. When you get a system back with simple problems a blind man couldn see there is no excuse, even by mail. I agree that he shouldn't tour areas so far away from a salon. it just creates unhappy customers. even still, he has got to give people more for their money for those prices. A free video on maintenance, follow-up calls to clients, satisfaction surveys, ect. THAT is what I expect out of such a high priced product.

He told me himself Miami is not a good spot for hair replacement. They even cancelled a date last year because it wasn't cost effective to go to Miami.

 

I don't care how good Coolpiece is(and they're awesome), if Farrell had great quality control and concentrated totally on service for a while people would stay with him. I wouldn't because of the price and no salon in my area but MANY people would. As soon as Dylan left I knew thiongs would go downhill in a hurry. If you can't even convince your #2 man to stay on board you have problems.

 

Live by the sword, die by the sword. He benefited greatly from the web and these forums and now it is the reason many people are trying something else for less money and an equal if not better product.

The games up on all these thieving hair replacement salons,I have been posting on here and from my first post told everyone that these companys are ripping people off, I found out the truth a long time ago

after paying thousands and thousands, I am currently paying $147 through my contact for any type of hairpiece that I want, My personal favourite is the #18 lace that some company charge $1200 for, Scandalous.

I have no experience with Farrell. I believe he's not alone in a mindset that I don't understand. As the economy has become worse, hair replacement salons have probably seen a diminished number of clients. Instead of reducing prices to entice potential and existing customers, the salons continue to raise prices. This is pure greed and there's no excuse for this.

economy-wartime,--my ass. I dont buy that crap. You need to lower prices to compete w/ coolpiece, fine. But dont blame it on some war that isnt even really going on. I mean come on, not to get political, but the only war taking place is the jets went from dropping bombs onfake targets in the dessert to dropping bombs on people living in dirt holes armed w/ rifles. More soldiers will die from bombing themselves then from the enemy.
