vorrei farti delle domande.Spero risponderai.Ringrazio anticipatamente.

1)La Farrel che porti attualmente è all-lace?Credi che anche una protesi che non sia all-lace non si senta al tatto?

2)Quanto tempo ti porta via la manutenzione?C’è qualche sistema per velocizzarla al massimo?

3)Cosa usi per “attaccare” la protesi alla tua testa?

4)Ho letto che il lace è sensibile all’acqua(soprattutto se attaccato al cuoio capelluto con il glue).:questo avviene anche quando ci si lava i capelli sotto la doccia?I capelli si possono lavare normalmente sotto la doccia oppure si corre il rischio che si stacchi?Ho letto che ad una persona del forum,in presenza di una ragazza(….),mentre si faceva la doccia gli si è staccata letteralmente la protesi(della Sicurmatica che ,anche se non è Farrel, usa sempre il lace).

5)Mi pare di aver capito che tu hai la ragazza da sei mesi:lei non si è accorta che porti una protesi?Neanche nei momenti più intimi?Neanche,sei hai passato la notte con lei,la mattina dopo a risveglio?

6)Ho sentito voci riguardo al fatto che le protesi lace sono difficili da mettere da soli e che bisogna farsi aiutare da qualcuno….è vero?

7) Il lace sull’attaccatura frontale tende a staccarsi o rovinarsi?Se si stacca o si rovina si nota che indossi una protesi?Come fai se ti si stacca in mezzo a della gente?Ti è mai capitato?

Quanto tempo circa(in termini di mesi spero!) ci mette il lace a rovinarsi pesantemente,costringendoti ad una revisione o al cambio della protesi?

8)La prima Farrel che ti sei messo l’hai ordinata su internet(tipo Coolpiece) oppure sei andato di persona negli Stati Uniti a fartela mettere direttamente sulla testa?Oggigiorno quanto costerebbe all’incirca viaggio + protesi?

9)Se un portatore di protesi va al mare spesso,come risolve il fastidiosissimo problema dello schiarimento dei capelli?Si fa la tinta spesso?Come si fa la tinta alla protesi?Porta via tanto tempo?

1la protesi che porto adesso è all lace,una non lace si sente al tatto se ci si fa attenzione .2la manutenzione er pulire con la top gun pochissimo tempo ,poi si deve shampare e lasciare asciugare e poi mettere la colla ,consiglio:compra 2 sistemi così appena hai levato uno puoi mettere quello già pronto.3io uso il glue(blue glue della farrell)4col glue non puoi lavare normalmente i capelli ,xxx mi parlava di un tape resistente all'acqua ,domani invece dovrei provare un glue della sicurmatica resistente all'acqua ,vi farò sapere se va bene sui laces .5con la ragazza tutto a posto ,sesso e dormite notturne lei non lo sa ancora e ti devo dire la verità :dato che il rapporto sta diventando serio ho intenzione di dirglielo ,ma ho un sacco di paure ...6 no le lace si mettono facilmente da soli 7si ,tende a rovinarsi ma attaccato non si nota,no ,non mi è mai capitato...6 mesi un anno dipende dal tuo stile di vita ...8l'ho ordinata su internet ,però era già tagliata ...andare a L.A. costa 450 dollari più albergo(variano molto i prezzi io avevo trovato uno che costava 50 dollari al giorno) e serate (andate al viper ,fa paura!!!anche congo latino club è bellissimo!!!)9 avendo una totale non ho mai fatto una tinta ...semplicemente ogni tanto (1 volta al mese )metto uno shampoo scurente ...ciao

il poly with gauze sicuramente.

 

per il secondo ordine, dopo che mi sono fatto un idea di densita ecc., stavo pensando una all lace come il tuo ordine 64#, e front 18#, cosa ne pensi di un perimeto in poly skin sull orlo x attaccare con la colla?bastera la colla per tenere senza tape?

In effetti ci stavo pensando anche io, visto che la mia attuale poliskin per i primi giorni di installazione è impercettibile al tatto, per lo meno back and side.

 

Io uso solo il liquid tape della Sicurm. che tiene molto bene e sulla polyskin va via semplicemente facendolo "appalloccare" con le dita dopo avervi messo qualche goccia di etere di petrolio.

Questa "gauze" è proprio indispensabile?

e la base per l adesivo, quindi nella all lace ti manca quello.ho visto che certe basi usano questa soluzione in quanto l orlo della polysin non si sente al tatto

ron secondo te in piscina regge il polyskin, diciamo 2 pollici, con la colla solamente?

Intendevo dire che forse si potrebbe pensare a scegliere back and side in poliskin semplice anzichè poly with gauze.

 

La scelta di Pedro di alternare due all lace mi pare ottima, visto che così si potrebbe lasciare il lace "a mollo" nel detergente senza bisogno di rimanere dentro casa.

xxxxx,mi sfugge un dettaglio.......con le protesi lace non è possibile farsi una doccia????una lavata di capelli coi capelli in testa??non si può fare?e se uno è al mare con amici come fa?Pedro tu come fai?non vai mai al mare?nascondere alla tua ragazza il fatto che indossi una protesi ti stessa?riesci a gestire tranquillamente la cosa o ricorri spesso a bugie tipo: non mi va di fare il bagno,non so nuotare,ecc.

Facci sapere cmq quando glielo dici.Non penso reagirà male!Perchè dovrebbe farlo.NOn ci vedo niente di male ad avere i capelli finti.Vedo tanti spelati della mia età....meglio finti che niente!E se poi il risultato estetico è ok,chi se frega!

Basta usare la colla water-proof, Raiden e puoi anche fare le immersioni, come ha scritto un utente del forum Hairsite.

MIGHTY TITE

I like mighty tite alot. I got the new blue glue from farrell that is supposed to be better then white glue. But mighty tite in my opinion is much better.

My favorite thing about mighty tite, is its application, the bottle has this little brush tip that u dip it in like a nail polish and simply apply it on scalp, very simnple.

It holds better then the white glue..not white milky residue.

Clean up is the same, maybe mighty tite requires a tiny bit more time..

I lift weights and its fine, i haveNT really tested it against intense sweating like cardio. But i can say its much better then white or blue glue from farrell

It is a clear adhesive, after a few days, i am not sure if its the glue or not, but it becomes darker as if it collected some air dusts..but its not a biggie if you change front glue every 3 days or so...

Try it, i think you will like it.

I generally use 1 coat. maybe toward the center outmost tip i might put another layer...The mighty tite drys fast, you can apply the lace 10 seconds later lol..but i generally wait a minute or 2...not much..

Right off the bottle the the glue is clear and strong.

Honestly, i feel alot more confident with mighty tite then white or blue glue ...any day...

You can get 3 days easy i think if you apply right..

Florida Joe- I use mighty tite for the front 1/4" on my #18 lace Coolpiece. It works great. The shine depends much on your body chemistry, but on the first day of application it looks great with little to no shine. That's why i use it on the very front. It does not get gooey white like other ask. On about the 3rd or 4th day it begins to shine similar to an oily forehead. It's a brush on but i dab a q-tip with a bit of mity tite and use that. The brush can make a mess. I use only 1 application. It holds pretty good and is water proof. It smells alot like nail polish or like. As for cleanup, i find it easy to clean that little 1/4" part up where the mity tite was, then cleaning the 3mil tape off. The 3mil tape is a pain in the a$$ to cleanup. Do a search on the forum. You will find much more that people in the past have already wrote on it.

First let me say that I used Mity Tite during the summer months when I was laying in the sun for hours, going to the beach, boating, swimming underwater, etc. WHen i'm not doing that stuff, I wear EuroBond. So my Mity Tite experience is only during the Florida summer under hot-as-hell conditions, which would probably tend to alter my overall experience with it. I do wear EuroBond when working out rigorously and it's fine for me.

Also let me say first that I found the behaviour of Mity Tite to be different depending on its age. When the bottle is new, the glue is watery & the bond doesn't last as many days. When the bottle ages, the glue becomes extremely thick and stringy, harder to work with, but the bond holds for more days.

But to sum it up, I think if you apply it correctly and change it maybe every 3 days or so, the performance is better than white glue for harsher activities involving sweating, heat, sun and surf.

To me it lasted as long as the EuroBond, yes. It will hold stronger than white glue when you're sweating because it's waterproof.

I found it was less shiny initially than the Eurobond. But if you wear it too many days it will collect dust/dirt & become darker.

It will build up thru the lace and into the hair if you wear it too many days or thru too many days of intense heat/sweat, to the point (like I sometimes did) where the glue bond breaks down; the glue will be a nightmare. The glue begins to turn into goo and permeates up thru the lace and into the hair. You'll also encounter a buildup if you lay the lace down into the glue before it's fully dried and/or if you use too much.

If you change the front before the glue properties break down, like you should, obviously, then it is a bit harder to get off than the Eurobond because it's waterproof, but it's manageable.

No, but it's not as quick & easy as water-soluble white glue.

When the glue is in its watery state (ie., the bottle is newer), it takes longer to dry. If you push the lace down into the glue and it's not dry, then it will permeate up into the hair and you'll have a real mess. Use a thin coat. Use the teeth end of a comb to gently nudge the lace into the glue. but don't smash it down into the glue using force, as this will cause any excess to bleed up thru the lace & into the hair.

How many coats are needed?

One did it for me.
